This company shut down my account after I wanted to file suit against them. They did continue to take money (orders) from my websites customers, never forwarded me the funds or advised of the sale. When the customers would process for a refund after not getting thier merchandise Humbolt Merchant services would take thier funds from my bank account.
Eventhough a special account was set up on deposit with thier company for returns. They stated this was a policy and probably a simple oversite. I informed them that I would shut my website and bank account down to keep this fraud from occuring at the expense of my companies reputation and funds.
From time to time they would send me bogus customer numbers stating that they wanted a refund and if I had information to the contrary I could dispute them. I didn't get a name of the customer, address, email, just a number they picked from the air that couldn't be checked from my database of actual customers. My business died, my customers suffered, my bank account was drained, but they got all the money they wanted. Takes money to sue and they know it...
