I've heard good things about this company, their game servers that is. I thought, why not get web hosting from them? I mean, if they have good game servers and good prices for both game servers and web hosting, why not? WRONG. I decided I didn't need the web hosting any longer about 35 days ago. I filed a ticket expecting same-day help, but no. To this day, I've filed 3 tickets and each of them go unnoticed and unresponded to, yet I still get the automatic withdrawl from my paypal account each month. I'm literally being e-robbed right in my face and there's not a single thing I can do.
I've not only submitted tickets, but also emailed and tried to see if I could get a phone number somewhere. Their site is not very helpful, seeing as though it delivers nothing but blank pages and a difficult buying section. I go to usacomplaints.com to maybe find an answer because there seems to be no clear way to stop them. I've filed an abuse report with Gamesurge.net to have their IRC channel shut down, but I'm not sure of the outcome yet. Do not ever do business with this website, because that's all it is. An automated money machine that you put your paypal account into, and you get money taken out for the rest of your life. Help.
