I share the same complaint. IHSYSTEM has been my worst experience in dedicated server hosting. My dedicated server went down at least once a week. I have now moved my server hosting to my workshop garage and it was a great sigh of relief. DO NOT trust this hosting company. I lost a lot of business dealings because of their poor service.
