Ripoff dishonest business practices

I placed an order with Crazy Grazer.com on November 18 for my wifes Christmas present, a jewlery armoire. The lady who took my order assured me that it would arrive before Christmas.

My concern started around December 18 when the item did not arrive yet, I called and Grace stated that it was shipped. Now my credit card was charged the $299.99 on November 18. I kept calling every other day all the way up to Christmas eve and they kept telling me that it was shipped.

Finally on Christmas eve they decided to find the tracking number to determine where it was, low and behold Fed Ex had no record of it ever being turned over for shipping. The manufacturer of the item was shut down for the holiday and there was none in stock.
I was told by Justin on 1/2/04 that it was back ordered now until February, I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money. They sent me an email saying they would do just that.

After numerous emails all the way up to the president of the company Rock Newman, I still have not received an credit back (april 3). Rock Newman has left a message on my cell phone in Februalry sayning that he would personally take care of the refund.

It is April, they will not return calls (after numerous messages left for J.L. Gordon, Brad Olson and Rock Newman). I have been ripped off by CrazyGrazer to the sum of $299.99. Please for your sake do not shop their website.
