I went MP3DOWNLOADING.com to rent games on-line well I soon found out that there software didn't work and even worse I couldn't contact anyone for any assistance. They put a little note for customer service saying that you could contact them from 9am-5pm through the week.
However, the miserable bastards failed to provide any phone number and when you try to contact them for on-line assistance you end up getting a bunch of useless shit that provides you access to nothing. No music or games or anykind of file sharing. Even though they state on there web-page that you will have access to all these features once you pay the sign-up fee.
Don't get sucked in. I contacted my credit card company to stop any further shit from those no good s.O. B's and I am going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau too. I hope they rot in hell.
