I won a diamond engagement ring through an EBay auction. The Company did not keep good contact and when they did reply to my inquiries about shipping, they were rude. After the shipment was already late, they sent me an email apologizing for any inconvenience, but that they listed the ring by mistake and did not really have it in stock. They offered me a titanium wedding band for my inconvenience (worth less than a quarter of what I paid).
I have filed a complaint with EBay and PayPal, so I will most likely get my money back, but it could take 30-45 days (at least) and I happen to be getting married in a month. I also plan on filing a complaint with the IFCC.
I will update this report as I learn more about this company and if this was infact a scam (which I suspect).
I just wanted to get the word out for anybody who is interested in purchasing expensive jewelry from these people.
