On 2-15-05 I was the high bidder of an beautiful cross with diamonds from Direct2Net Distribution. The next day I paid them by paypal. The auction stated 2 to 3 days for shipping.
After 2 weeks I sent them an email. No answer so I sent a second one. I got a reply from them saying that Paypal did not send them an email informing them that I paid but now that they see that I paid they would send the cross.
They lied. If they would not of recieved and email with in 2 weeks from Paypal they would of sent me an email demanding payment.
A week later they sent another email stating that they had too many auctions up for the cross and that they ran out of them. They said that they could 1) send a refund, 2) send a ring as a replacement (junk), or 3) wait for 2 weeks and they would send the cross. I informed them that I would wait 2 weeks for the cross and if it does not come in then I would like a refund.
Well needless to say on 3-16-05 I get an email stating that they have sent a ring to me. I have sent another email to them stating that I did not want the ring and due to their bad service I want a refund. I have got no responce. I have called them and was finnaly able to leave a message. All the good that it has done.
I left a negative feedback for them.in responce I was given a nasty feedback stating that I did not follow instructions. I was never given instructions and when they sent an email asking what I wanted I replied with 3 hours.
The cross was for my husband's 40th birthday on 2-25-05. All I have to show for it is emails, a pretty picture of a cross that I paid $60 for, and my tears.
