Towards the end of February or the beginning of March. My husband purchased shoes on line. We received 2 pairs of shoes.
We wanted to return one of the pair of shoes that was purchased. We tried contacting the web site but was told to e-mail them to the e-mail address I gave you guys.
We were told to send the shoes to Tinley Park address I gave you. We sent the shoes on March 9, with our contact information, like they requested.
I have a confirmation that says the shoes were received by this address and the recipient states they haven't received them.
What's funny is that when the purchase came, it came from China. But when we wanted to exchange/return the shoes we had to send them to Tinley Park, IL.
I just want my shoes back or the money back for them.
