Ripoff Will not return money owed

Do not order from this company or give credit card info.

After calling my computer company for tech support I was offered a deal with Video Professor for a ten day trial of their Windows learning three CD set. I was connected with a VP customer service person and was told about the offer.

A ten day trial and all it would cost was postage in the amount of 6.95. I gave her my Master Card info. For the postage cost only. All I had to do was return one of the three disks within ten days and I could keep the two other disks at no charge. At the end of the ten day period I called for a return auth.# as instrurcted and promptly sent one disk back.

This was on 1-14-05. On 1-17-05 my Master Card was billed 69.95 the full cost of the set. I have called at least four times since and VP has confirmed at they received the disk on 1-20-05 but no refund as of 2-23-05. Each time I call I'm told they will contact their billing dept. To get the refund out A.S.A.P. What a joke!

I now have my bank involved and hope they can get my money back. I will also be contacting my states Attorney Generals office.
