In July TigerDirect advertised a Soyo BAYONE XP 9in1 Memory Card Reader with USB 2.0 (MS-SY-BOX31A) with two $15 rebates.
I diligently submitted both rebate forms in accordance with rebate instructions.
I use rebates quite frequently and always make a backup of everything that I send including UPC codes, receipts and rebate forms. I also keep track of all rebates that I submit and although I've seen some rebates taking in excess of 6 month to get fulfilled, I have NEVER EVER seen such blatant abuse of rebate program by any company - big or small.
I've made numerous attempts to contact the company and get some sort of status/resolution on my rebate submission.
As of today, February 16 I have not received my rebate check (s) or heard back from anyone. Emails/Phone Calls to the company as well as rebate processing place go unanswered.
I have also purchased SOYO SY-P4I865PE Dragon PLUS motherboard from NewEgg.com back in August 04 that had two rebates totaling $75.
As you might have guessed by now it's a same exact story with that one.
