In mid December, attempted cancelling trial account for AOL Broadband service, expiring in mid January. After talking with a pushy employee, the free trial was extended to late February, around 24~28th. Called again in mid January to cancel account, this time it was cancelled. The debt card was charged $24.95 by AOL Broadband on February 10th, activating the overdraft protection for $30 since the account was already low on funds. Called AOL, the account was still active; tried to cancel again, referred me to AOL Keywords to extend free time. Account was once again extended, this time to March 28th.
