On February 20th I ordered a sample 7-day trial for $ 1.03. I recieved the trial on Monday February 25th
On February 28th Smile Pro Direct took $ 94.31 out of my account without my consent. I had not even used it yet as I just got the 7-day trial in the mail.
I called the phone # that claims this place is open 24-7. It is not I called 14 times on the 28th and 22 times the next day. An automated system that allowed me to cancel my account via phone number, which I did!!! I could not get a hold of anyone.
So I sent them an email on March 1st cancelling the account again and explaining in detail what happened!
I never got a response. I found another phone # for this place and spoke to someone with a very thick accent. He told me that the 7-day trial including the shipping date therefore I did not cancel in time.
I told this person that a 7-day trial of this product would mean being able to apply to it to my teeth for 7 days to see if I liked the product because that's what a trial is! He insisted that this 7-day trial for $ 1.03 included the day it was ordered and shipped and I did not cancel in time and there was " no record' of my call after call or my email, and then he hung up!!!
I am not new to this and have ordered trials of all different kinds of product in the past! This has NEVER HAPPENED!
I am an honest hard working person and I nor does anyone else deserve this.
What do I do. I have the address, the phone #'s, the e-mails?
How can this be stopped? This is not right!
