Hi. I just wanted to warn people about buying any sort of warenty from Circuit City. I bought one for a computer i purchased, and recently one of the keys to the kepboard fell off. They claimed I must have been typing too hard (no joke), and that it wasn't covered. No wonder the company has been doing so poorly. The sad thing me and my family have probably bought over 20000 dollars worth of stuff from the store in the past 8 or so years (a few computers, large tv etc), and they have lost all our buisness from now on just because of this litle issue. I don't see Circuit City lasting much longer.
