I am another unhappy newegg customer. I ordered a new computer system, the money came out of my account. Then they told me the bank could not verify my address so they could not sent me my order. Funny how they did not have to verify anything to take my money it appears to only affect shipping.By the way, i work for my bank and i know all the information is correct and they don't know what the problem is. Amazon.com (a really great company by the way!) has no problems with verifying my address. I hope I get my money back.
