Someone named Michelle used our address to sign up for a monthly calling card, we have been charged appx $15 a month since July. I called Tralee and they cancelled the monthly charge but said we could only recover four months. I guess fraud pays in our society. Where are all the lawyers we voted for in Congress? Aren't they supposed to protect us?
I called Qwest and they claim the FCC will not allow them to question people about signing up for programs like this. Does anyone else know about this? Does the government assist scam artists in ripping people off? From my experience I guess it's true.
