I am a father soon to be of two. I do not have a lot of money and I left them know this at OnlineSuppLIER.com. They gave me a 14 day trial which I thought was pretty cool. Was I wrong.
I could never access my account because every time I went to my personal website, it refused to let me in. I do most of my Ebay work during the weekends or late at night. Everytime I needed access to my site I could not get in so I would call they're technical support.
We're sorry, please call back during out normal business hours: 7am - 7pm Mon. Through Fri., is all I ever got. If they want business, should they at least have an answering service.
Well, I will say, they did their best to take care of this by giving me an extension on my trial. It still didn't help, what good is an extension if i work 6 days a week and only have time to access my site after their offices have closed.
I finally just cancled my trial with them 3 days before my extended trial period was up. Next thing I know, I get billed for $19.95 from American Leisure, and $19.95 from Easy Saver. Both of which leave me with a $25.00 overdraft fee. Total comes to $89.90 for something that I didn't even know I had.
Sure, your probably thinking "Why didn't this guy just keep extra money in his account to cover something like this?" Well, truth is, I usually don't use my bank account. Only for small orders that don't accept PayPal. I use PayPal as my bank account.
The point is, who are these other two companies that have billed me and why have they billed me. I've never recieved anything from them, and i've never used their services. I don't even know what they have to offer, and didn't know anything about them until I checked out my bank accout one night online.
I just want to let everyone know, there seems to be a rising amount of complaints about this company. Be-ware, you work hard for your money, thats how you gotta get it, and some crock like Online Supplier and their un-mentioned affiliates aren't going to make you rich, they're just going to take money from anyone who calls them.
In my case, I plan on fighting them by placing my entire story and a link to this site in all of my Ebay auctions that I put up, and I plan on posting the same information on my website and a partnering website that gets about 3 million page views per day. May not be the most impressive, but i'm sure the word will spread.
Thats what I plan on doing if all lost money is not returned to my account within a date that I have specified to each individule company involved in my dealings.
I'm sure I'll think up some other ways to get them good if this matter isn't resolved as well, but there are a few ideas for anyone who has had a problem with this So-called business.
