Cfm) that clearnly says "FREE" They billed my paypal acct. $1.initially. I didn't notice it until I was later billed $126. For an entire year's subscription that I did not authorize. They also clearly say that you can cancel anytime. I called them to let them know that not only had I not authorized either payment, I never received access information. Their 1st receptionist seemed nice and said she would try to send me another email while we were on the phone, but I didn't receive it either so I'm not so sure she really did send me anything. I asked her if she could see whether I had accessed the account. She said that she could see that I had not accessed the account and that she would let her supervisor know that and it would most likely be resolved. She asked that I call back in a few days... So I did. That call didn't go well. I was told that the supervisor refused to stop the billing. I explained my situation again to the person that I was speaking with... He said... Sorry... But could he give me the access code over the phone... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! Of course not. Why would I want access to a company that has ALREADY RIPPED ME OFF?
