I received an e-mail (of course, I didn't save it) from Onlinesupplier.com. For $1.95 to cover shipping information about selling online is sent but it did not state that there is a 14 day trial and when the trial period is ending you have to call to cancel. I have noticed that for three months I have been billed for $29.95 each month. I called the company and the one told me I did not cancell before the trial period ended. I would never request info. If there is any trial periods involved, I never do so that is why I am so mad for a company to take advantage of people. Also, I wanted a refund but was told they don't do refunds but will cancel the membership for me. I am going to my bank and fill out the necessary form to dispute this. I have seen other complaints on here about this company so something needs to be done. Thank you.
