I purchased a 19" Princeton LCD monitor online from "ecost.com" September 4. My rebate was originally denied by TCA Fulfillment because I supposedly hadn't sent a copy of my store receipt. I faxed another copy of my store receipt and my rebate was accepted.
I've now waited 4 months and still haven't received my rebate. The only way to contact them is by phone, and it's always busy or I'm left on hold. Of course there's no 800 number, so the call is long distance.
