On March 14, I purchased a Symphony Temperpedic Pillow in Methuen, Mass. Sleepys offered to have it shipped FedX to my daughter's address in Clifton, NJ. 2 1/2 weeks went by and still no pillow. Sleepys messed up the address order, and the pillow never made it to NJ. This was to be a birthday gift. I called Sleepys in Methuen and complained about their unprofessional service and asked them to cancel the order and be reimbursed. I called Sleepys several times to have them file complaints. Today is April 5th, and still nothing has been credited to my account. This is the worst service Sleepys has provided. Never again.
