Complaint / review text:
Company (eMarket Research Group) claims the following:
"eMarketResearchGroup, the new member incentive promotional offer, and the product testing program is an independent program for consumers and is not affiliated with the merchant/brands listed. EMarketResearchGroup is solely responsible for all incentive fulfillment.
Receipt of the membership incentive gift requires completion of offer terms, including; age and residency requirements, registration with a valid email address, completion of user survey, sponsor promotions and shipping address verification. Upon completion of all requirements, we will promptly ship your membership incentive gift to your verified shipping address. You may review the status of your account via the member account area at anytime."
My program involved joining 6 sponsors (choice of 2 each from 3 separate webpages in specific order) in order to receive an incentive gift of "IBM Laptop".
I did the program to specs and checked my status periodically here by entering my account email address: www.emarketresearchgroup.com/redeem.htm
At first, it seemed they're was a mistake in what my status was and it said I qualified. However, later on the results showed I still needed to meet a few more requirements with the sponsors. Finally, as expected, now my results show the following:
"Congratulations, You've Qualified!
Prepare and Mail Gift Redemption Voucher
To get your IBM Laptop, please complete these five easy steps:
1) Click Here to generate a Security Verification Email
This step is for your protection and allows us to confirm your identity. If you haven't done so already, click here and we will send a Security Verification Email to the address you originally used to register..."
The last few steps explain that I need to "2) Follow the Link in the Security Verification Email... 3) Update Contact Information... 4) Print Gift Redemption Voucher... 5) Mail It!.."
The problem is when I click the link in Step 1, I never receive the Security Verification Email! They also provide a link to submit online support form if this fails. However, I never get a response from that either! Now I'm stuck with no way to contact them!!
