I purchased the MSDN Universal Subscription online at:
http://www.softwaremore-usa.com/msun70.html after which I was informed by Microsoft that unless the reseller supplies me with a shrink-wrapped box with a card of authenticity the software is not valid. When I contacted Software More, Inc. And informed them they rudly told me they would not send me the authenticity card. I tried a second time to get them to send the box or refund the software purchase and they rudely told me to stop calling (even though I only called twice). Now I am out $1100 dollars for pirated software!
