I had signed up to this company and out of interest noticed the Free 25 Credits, where in order to receive 25 Free Credits all that appeared neccessary was to add a valid debitcredit card, and at no point was it mentioned that an additional $45 (£31.04) would be taken from my account.
After noticing this transaction through my online banking statement, I immediately contacted Z-Biddy to request a refund, and had done some on 3 individual dates between July 7th - July 22nd 2013.3 of these attempts were made using their customer support contact form, none of which I have received response from, so the latest (4th attempt) to contact them regarding this transaction, I made through my email provider, so that at least now I have recorded confirmation that they have been emailed and a receipt to say that the email had successfully been sent will be available.
I have tried dealing with the situation in a polite manner, but the fact that I have now been ignored 3 times, where their misleading tactics to suck money out of peoples bank accounts had left mine almost £33 overdrawn is totally unacceptable.
The 100 credits they had deposited into the account are still there, and will remain there unused, as I have notified them that I have no intentions of using them and demand a refund.
Surely there must be some kind of safeguard against sites like this? Hopefully this site can help me solve my problem.
The only correspondance I have from this site are all automated responses, to account sign up's, forgotten passwords, and the purchase of credits.
On top of this, I don't even think I had even clicked through on the "Activation" email, to even activate the account, but had still been charged!!!
