Emailbrain is an email marketing company that offers "credits" for sending emails to ones contacts. Their subscription service is provides a set number of these credits monthly. I subscribed to this service with the intent of sending out my newsletter using emailbrain but soon realized I didn't need to send it out this frequently. Since I had already paid for 2,000 credits, far more than I would need, I canceled my subscription and was informed on the site that those credits would remain. When I signed back in a couple weeks later I was notified that my account was canceled and the credits, which I had already paid for, had been deleted. Attempts at contacting Emailbrain's customer service resulted in being dumped into a voicemail, even though their website states that they have 24-7 customer service. So, I wrote an e-mail explaining my situation and received a response that pointed out that I had canceled my subscription and thus forfeited my credits.
