Hughesnet Represents the Worst in Corporations and Misleading to Customers - Hughesnet

I have never been so unhappy with a service or felt as tricked and mislead as I do with Hughesnet. They say you have a monthly download of 30 GB when you pay $100/ month. However, when I first signed up for that plan—it was not obvious information anywhere that this was divided in half and that the only hours I could get my other 15GB were from 2am to 8am. These are the hours most of us are asleep or on our way to work. Therefore, it is easy business for them to market a false impression that you are getting 30GB when in fact— you are getting ripped off. Hughesnmet is not about anything beyond ripping off the customers or listening to their opinions. If they were—they would sell us 30GB per month anytime time we want our 30GB... Day, night, whatever... The fair access policy was written by control freaks who enjoy quantity more than quality. I hope that one day this company will grow some balls and a conscience to show they care about customers... They are only used as an option by those of us who have few... That is where they have a customer base... Time to start new companies that care about service, people, and profit as by product not a justification for misleading service. For quality service—I reccoment avoiding hughesnet.
