My husband and I both on may 31st signed documents that were so foriegn to us on the way the whole loan in itself was written we signed our lives to the devil, as well as heres the keys we are your tenants.
I will fight this all the way for what they have done with all the lies and decietfullness with the intent to not only take our house but knowing they were able to under the language used in writing this loan saying one thing and doing another.
We were given no information prior to loan closing or proper doucuments at the time of application time. Had the apprasial fixed to qualify us for this amount of loan, and was told by the apprasiar as well as the person who first contacted us on this loan in a very condesending voice. I will get my home back!
