Main page states to send problem reports to [email protected]. Well I sent a total of three emails, two of which included:

Not a single reply from jimmy and I see that someone else has had to complain. Gee, at least they got a password and a page to go to. I did not get even that. What I did get was billed twice (that's right, two "2Checkout.com" order numbers and two Grant Guys LLC Order numbers). My bank statement shows both.
Being taken for a double payment doesn't kill me, but constantly receiving more emails stating that I should order now before the price goes up or before all my neighbors beat me to the grants, now that tweaks me especially when I send emails to the address supplied and get no replies.
There is only one other complaint here (consumer complaints) so they must be doing good by most people. I notice "jimmy" replied to that other complaint. I also notice he didn't apparently fix the complaint, he had excuses though and that is exactly what I expect to see as a response to this consumer complaints.
At any rate, the "jimmy" rebuttal should make for a good read! I promise I will be amused!
