Company holds photos hostage and blames their "new" computer server! There was no access to personal archive of photos for several months, and NO WARNING that photos would be unavailable.
The company discontinued pre-paid service with NO WARNING and did not refund money after several requests over several months. I still do not have a refund & plan to report to consumer fraud bureau in my home state.
Any stock holders of this company should be aware of poor customer service and potential fraud!
