Paid $16 dollars for my baby to take photos and didnt recieve the photos a week later, nevada

Took my 6mth old baby boy to take photos for a speacial that cost us $10 and $6 for sitting fee. A week later we went to pick up the photos, we were told that we couldnt get them at that time because there was a malfunction that went wrong while they were printing the pictures. "Im very disappointed because i either want my baby photos or a refund back. "We cant get a refund back because the number they gave me is not in service.
