PowerBook G4 Returned Nine Times and Monitor Falling Apart

I own a PowerBook G4 lemon mac 17-inch I returned it nine times they send me a another one and now the monitor is falling apart. Please call me for more info please help me soon. I need to tell people to not buy Apple products. I want to help people.
