Around September 6 I contacted isdn. Ws
They offered Unlimited Business ISDN service at 128k for a monthly fee of $39.95 with NO HOURLY LIMIT.
We tried to use their service but we had very poor connections. We were calling them daily to get the problems fixed, but with no success. After a month, in the middle of October, we tried to cancel the account with isdn. Ws, but they refused to cancel it in October, insisting that we had to carry it into November.
What they should have billed us at most were two monthly charges of $39.95.instead they wound up billing us $199.95 x 2, $89.95, $69.95 and $59.90. We have tried to reach them several times to resolve the problem, but to no avail.
After doing some online research I find that this company is the same as Straight2you.net and many other people have had the same problem.
I am filing a complaint with the NY State Attorney General and I would encourage all the other customers to do the same.
