I have had ISDN service with straight2you for 3 months after finding them through an internet search. To begin, the website promised no start-up fee and yet I was charged $20. When I questioned this, I was told "no fee doesn't apply to ISDN".
Then, on my first bill, my checking account was drafted for $49.95 instead of $29.95. However, after being lied to repeatedly (including being given a fake "emergency" pager number), I discovered that this month, they charged me double! This despite being promised half-price for bringing in a new dial-up customer. I have emailed them repeatedly, spoken with Erik, etc. But still have the charges on my credit card. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and cancelled my service (of course!). I hope others read this and stay away from this deceptive, fraudulent company.
