You're charging my phone company $14.95/mo for an email service that neither I nor anyone in my household knows anything about. I don't currently have nor have I ever had an email address or service or any installed Privasafe software or anything associated with your company on my desktop or laptop computers or their hard drives or on any of their peripherals. The only premium email accounts I currently have are registered with MSN and AOL exclusively; both of whose charges are paid monthly via my credit card. Please verify and confirm your company registration records as to the existance or evidence of any remote download made by any computer in my household or home-network, of any software related to your service or your company electronic agreement or other form of communication or consent to any terms of of your services. I shall expect and await your timely reply to or explanation of these fraudulant $14.95/mon charges which have been appearing on my local phone bill now for several months - not including taxes.
