I was billed two months in a row with fraudulant billing. Last month it was ESBI/Orbit Telecom for a voicemail service that was never ordered. They were contacted and I should be receiving a refund of 14.38 via snail mail. The second charge was from OAN services/Privasafe email services in which I was charged 11.05 for services that I did not order.
It appears as if they are enticing people through Freebies. I called SBC and they reverted the charges back to them as well as placing a block for any miscellaneous charges. I have also reported these people to the FCC, FTC, as well as my state's attorney general. Lease be aware of what is popping up and other unsolicited emails.
