At&t line not buried after 6 months of requesting it get done - AT&T

I received U-verse service in October and was told they would be back within 15 days to bury the line that in going from the back of my house about 30 feet across the yard. I have changed my work schedule at least 4 times to be here on dates they said they would be here, I have spent hours on the phone with At&t getting request sent to get this done. At one point an At&t lineman came and just said "yep it needs buried and I don't like how the contractor did the line from the house" and said someone will be here within 7 days to bury the line. Why didn't he do it, pretty sure that's why I sat around the house for 5 hours waiting on him. I have made several attempts to talk with superviors and a couple of times they immediately hung up while I was explaining the situation, at this point I will NEVER recommend AT&T due to this and their poor excuses, my family uses AT&T cell service as well and my my monthly bill alone is $200 and we are all ready to switch everything we have that has AT&T name on it. I have never been so disappointed by a company and their staff!!!
