Preferred account charge me twice finance charge for the balance was not payed by 10/28/04 but the balance was not credit correctly since the first statement i was been charge for item i never request example speakers, extended policy for 4 years till today they have yet to credit the account and just keep adding this double finance try to talk with them and they say it's credit but they won't deducted from my balance it been this way since i brought the system 9/9/04 till today they need to credit me and give incidented number and say i need to wait for account to update this will be my third statement and yet it show no credit and still the wrong balance one thing they don't forget is to add the double finance the run around and amount of number they give you to call end in a dead end or with people who don't know what there doing buyer be aware dell sound nice when they say free they mean service charge and they do it that way especially if they ship they say the ship is free but the service fee is 30 or 20 depend what you get but for sure i'll be happy when they give me a balance so i will never do buisness with them again meanwhile i keep paying for there incompadence
