Ripoff charged 189.59 first bill just received another bill for 185.00. I paid first bill will not pay second bill

Called phone company about the bill and was told I had to pay bill or we could not use longdistance on phone. They said they couldn't give information about the bill.

Recieved another from the company. I do not expect to get billed for pay-per-view websites that I didn't go on or order.
