I have been billed twice for flowers sent to Ruth Holt at St. Joseph's hospital in Thunder Bay on Feb 26th

I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mom in the hospital in Thunder Bay. I was searching my visa statement online and found I have been billed twice for the 1 order. I would like someone to call me back immediately to have this rectified. Thankyou
