Sorry service

The only reason I have direct path is because that is all parc alpharetta offers. I can understand losing signal during a storm (I only lost service 3 times with comcast in 11 years) I average losing service with direct path about every 45 minutes. I am totally frustrated with direct path and parc alpharetta for only offering this totally unacceptable service. I would rather pay more and get service than have this sorry service.
