I received a bill from Premier Premium Communications for $30 for 6 minutes, a charge for an "entertainment fee." Believe me, I am NOT entertained! I have a block on international calls on my telephone, yet this unscrupulous company can hijack my computer and dial wherever they please through my Internet provider? I won't pay a dime.
I submitted a complaint on their Website, but I fully expect that they will tell me the charges are valid. This is an invasion of my privacy. Further, they expect to refer my account to a collection agency? Sue me.
Something needs to be done about places like this and some outfit called SmartSecurity. Both have hijacked my computer and populated my screen with unwelcome images, thereby making it impossible for me to enjoy use of the service I pay for. Sorry AOL, but I'm cancelling my service until these vultures are driven from the net.
