I visited Hastings in San Marcos Texas some time in late October and was asked by the cashier girl if I would like a three month free trial of three magazine subscriptions. I decided to give it a try and signed up. However, I never received any magazines, cancelation options or notices that I was about to be charged. I am very upset about this. Not only did Hastings fail to deliver on the free magazines I was promised, but now I am being charged for magazines that I am not even getting. This is ridiculous! I have already e-mailed Hastings directly from their website almost a week ago and have received no response. That was when I had only been charged $17.50 and now I have been charged an additional $19.50. I need to know who can unsubscribe me from these magazines and give me a full refund for these charges.
