Pacific Geek sent me a defective product, that was obviously already returned to them as defective by another customer. Now I have to pay return postage for my RMA, and hope they send me a replacement new, working product. Even if they do, (because of return shipping) the product has now cost substantially more than it would have from one of their more reputable competitors. I intend to file a complaint with the FCC, and the Nevada and Arizona attorneys general, as well as initiated legal action against this company for their deceptive and illegal practices. Anyone care to join me?
