CompUSA was offering 200$ rebates (on computers) as part of a grand opening sale on October 15th. I was one of the people who waited in line at 5 A.M. Just to get one of those rebates. I sent my rebate to them with all the documentation they required, within the required time period, yet they say I have been denied a rebate.
I have called them several times to inquire why I was declined, and they rudely respond by saying they don't have my receipts. I have faxed and re-faxed my copies of receipts and proofs of purchase to them, yet their employees continue being rude and un-helpful.
No one at CompUSA has tried to help in any way.in fact, they have gone out of their way to not help. I sincerely hope that someone can help me with this citation.
