I purchased a dell laptop approx 3 yrs ago and had it financed through dell. The computer has not worked properly from the start. It did not come with all software. And after at least 13 calls to Dell they will not fix it and it is still under warranty. I stopped paying for it... Now they have turned me over to Encore collection company. I pay my bills but I am sick of going through "Dell Hell" I will gladly let them pick up this piece of crap & just let me out of the contract. I will never touch another Dell Computer!!!
