I, too, was a recent victim of First Choice Design's fraudulent marketing practices. I filed complaints with the BBB and the Illinois state's attorney's office. I sent them copies of the order confirmation from First Choice Design, the payment verification from Paypal, and a copy of one of the numerous customer discount offers for future purchases this company continues to send out after receiving an order.

I also called my credit card company since my payment to Paypal was charged to my credit card. The credit card company had already paid Paypal. When I gave a very brief explanation of the reason for wanting payment stopped (hadn't received the software and had checked usacomplaints. Coms and had seen other similar complaints about this company) the credit card company stated that I wouldn't have to pay and they they will get the money back from Paypal.
