I purchased Microsoft Office Professional via internet. The activation code I received did not work. After attempting several times with Microsoft, I was told by Microsoft that the activation code was invalid. I attempted to contact First Choice Design with no response. I have lodged a complaint with Paypal and am awaiting a response.
