I bought a computer at a show from a company called AVENTEC direct, i was told to get the best audio and video cards available, so i told the salesman that and he said it would cost me more, i said ok.
I was having problems with some graphics, so i called the 24 hour 7 day a week tech support i got with my purchase, it did not exist, so i called the company. After several weeks of playing phone tag, i finally was able to talk to a real person. I told that person my problem, and that i had my computer graphics card looked at, and the person who looked at it said that it was about a $20 card, and not the one i had paid the extra money for. After several, and i mean several, maybe 100 calls, i was told i would have to talk to the president of the company YEFIM no last name given. To this day i have not gotten a call back from YEFIM, i have left him several voice mail messages. All i want to do is return the computer and get my money back, i think they took advantage of someone who knew nothing about computers.
