I join their Gold Membership for help with software for my iPad 2. They have no service. They won't respond to you or to the BBB. No answer to the BBB. Phone number on file is disconnected. They are not listed with the BBB.
Internet fraud. No product or service. Paypal will not honor their buyer protection plan.
