ATT Internet service in this community is the worst I have ever experienced and I have used internet across the US. It is down at least as much as it is working and complaints are routinely brushed off. Technicians seem unable to fix the problems that they have admitted are in their lines but say nothing can be done unless the main office issues orders for them to work on it. The main office dispatches a long stream of techs and the situation repeats in a circular fashion. No one takes ownership of the problem. Its like a bad movie. Sick of it.
