To anyone who reads thiss message PLEASE stay away from this company. They are dishonest and fail to provide the service you sign up for. But yet they charge you fees for no service at all and on top of that they want to charge you $250 when you cancel for services never rendered. They offer no real tech support! What kind of a company is this that suppossibly provides internet service and doesn't have field techs??? Call a 3rd party tech they say to conect your line, oh and you pay extra for that??? WHAT!!! All the while they keep charging you're account and you still get no service!!! IF you can get Verizon service please do so!!
